Since 1995, National Covers has been the leading supplier of boat covers, carrying the widest selection and the best boat cover brands on the market. Before installing the cover on your boat, be sure your boat is clean. Take care to pad or remove any sharp objects that may damage the cover during installation or trailering. Locate the bow end of your cover with the sewn in label that says front. Place the front of the cover over the bow of your boat and unroll towards the stern or back, opening the cover as you go. Once the cover is in place you are ready to strap it down. Run the XT straps through the sewn in loops that are located at two feet intervals along the cover hem to provide multiple strapping options. You don’t need to have straps through every loop, but you should use all the straps. Adjust the cover fit by pulling cover tight to eliminate sagging areas. On a properly fit cover, the sides should come down past the rub rail of your boat and be above the trailer. Fasten XT straps along the trailer frame & tighten straps for a secure fit. Be sure to check the cover periodically if you are trailering to make sure the straps are still secure. National Covers - America's trusted cover source since 1995.
